1.1. How do I place an order on ma-ra-mi.com?
Your perfect outfit for daily office hours, a night out or cocktail party is now just a few clicks away, if you chose to shop online.
You can shop online by item (or check out the latest designs in NEW IN tab) or you can follow our suggestions and shop by category (dresses, tops, shoes, accessories, etc.), using the product filters provided. You can find as well categories as shoes, bags, accessories (including jewelry), gifts suggestions, lifestyle (for unique interior and object design pieces) or bridal (you can order a custom made dream dress and maids of honour or the unique accessories available from stock).
Click on the image or to access the product detail page for specific information and sizing options for the selected product or write to us for special requirements or custom made orders by clicking the "contact us" button on the top right corner.
Please note that prices shown are in EUR or RON, and they include VAT. Additional shipping costs will be added to your final purchase price at checkout. If you are purchasing outside the EU, prices will be linked to the current exchange rate and displayed in an approximate value. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day you make the payment or your bank processes the transaction.
To add a product to your cart, first select your size (if applicable) and click on ‘Add to cart’. Review the item(s) in your shopping cart. You have the option to delete items by clicking on ‘Remove item’. You may click on ‘Return to store’ to continue browsing, or if you are ready to checkout, click on ‘Checkout’.
Finalise your purchase. For non-registered customers, please complete the “Billing Address” form. Make sure you fill out all fields marked with *. If you have already registered with us, simply log in using you e-mail address and the password you created for the account.
The payment can be made through credit or debit card, PayPal or wire transfer.
Please carefully read our Terms and Conditions before placing your order, as every time you place an order with us, you will need to confirm to have read and agree to them.
1.2. How do I find the right size for you?
MA RA MI’s sizing is French. Please click on ‘Size guide’ for each individual item for specific sizing details. Please check the size chart and find your size accordingly. Also, for specific designs or custom made orders, you might need to take your size following the directions on the chart.
1.3.Can I send an item as a gift?
Yes, simply mention the new shipping address in the comments field.
1.4.How do I know that my order was successfully placed?
After a few minutes you will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address when your order is placed successfully.

2.3. What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates depend on your shipping address as follows:
MA RA MI ships through Fan Courier of Romania and via EMS Service operated by the Romanian Poste and your favourite courier on request. If you would like to receive your goods faster, we use TNT or DHL (or your favourite courier) on request. The price will be automatically added to your order and you can see it before you checkout, and it's based on the weight of the order.
If you would like to receive samples of fabrics in different colours please send us a request on email@example.com. Please write in the observation box which samples you prefer to receive.
2.4. I live outside the EU. Do I still have to pay VAT?
Final purchase price for orders shipped outside the EU will be calculated without local VAT. Please note, that duties for your country will be in your charge.
2.5. Do I have to pay custom duties and taxes if my order is shipped outside EU?
Yes, the customer is responsible for all applicable custom duties and taxes for orders shipped outside the EU.
2.6. How much are the custom duties and taxes for my order?
Custom policies vary widely between countries. Please contact your local customs office for further information. For further information about import taxes as well as taxes in general in your country, please feel contact our Customer Care team on firstname.lastname@example.org .
To ensure quick delivery to you, any custom duties and taxes imposed by your government will be paid for on your behalf by our ems/courier and you will be responsible for these charges. You will receive a separate invoice by the courier for any applicable custom duties and taxes.

3.2. How do you ship your orders?
MA RA MI ships via EMS operated by the Romanian Post or your favourite courier on request for international shipments and via Fan Curier for Romania.
3.3. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
3.4. Is my package insured?
We insure all packages in transit from ma-ra-mi.com to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once the package has been signed for, it is no longer insured.
3.5. Do you ship on weekends and national holidays?
We process and ship orders during our business hours, excluding holidays. Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm (GMT +2).
3.6. Where will my order be shipped from?
Orders are shipped from Baia Mare, Romania where MA RA MI studio is located.
3.7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The articles available on stock will be shipped in 2 working days, the ones that are not available on immediate stock are custom made, so we will need from 5 up to 20 working days (for the ones that has hand embroidery or special details) to produce your order.
3.8. Do I need to sign for the package?
You will need to sign for shipments via Fan Curier (for Romania) and the ones via TNT for International. All orders shipped via EMS will not require a signature from the recipient.
4.1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days free of charge. Returns received outside the above time frame will not to be accepted. Ma-ra-mi.com will only accept returns on non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached AND in its original packaging. Upon receipt of any order without tags please notify us immediately if you wish to return the item. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Please note that we can exchange an item for the same item in a different size or another product with the same price. If you chose something cheaper, we can return the difference or if it's one more expensive, you can make a payment with the difference. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please note that the customer is allowed to exchange an item for a different size only once. Thereafter, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
The merchandise must be returned along with the completed Returns Form that was included with your order. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges will be returned to the sender.
The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.
4.2. Who do I contact in case of return of an item?
Send us an email at email@example.com with your order details and you'll receive the instructions by email.
4.3. Can I return sale items?
No. We do not accept returns or refund request for sale items.
4.4. Can I exchange an item for the same in a different size?
Yes, the goods will be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
4.5. When will I receive a refund for returned items?
When all requirements have been met, we will notify you and refund the cost of the product(s). Should you fail meet any of these requirements, you will be notified and may have the possibility to have the merchandise returned to you. We are, however, not responsible for any additional shipping costs. Should you refuse to accept the returned merchandise, we reserve the right to keep the item and the corresponding amount that was paid.
A time frame of anywhere between 10-14 days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Please note that the refund will only be issued to the credit card used for the order. Normally credit appears within two months. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. Wire transfer refunds usually take place within 10-14 days. The refund will only be issued to the same account from which the wire transfer payment was made for the order. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable and does not expire.
Please be aware that international customs duties are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
