1. General
All orders placed by our customers via ma-ra-mi.com, as well as our deliveries and services are exclusively subject to the general terms and conditions listed forwards, in the version that is valid at the time of the order. We do not accept conflicting terms and conditions of the customer unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.

2. Right to return
You may return merchandise that you have received without indicating any reasons within 10 days by sending the merchandise back. The time limit starts running one day after the day on which you have received the merchandise and instructions about the right to return enclosed separately in writing. Returns will be accepted for consideration only when we receive them in the given time limit. Return shipments will be at your cost and risk. You need to address the return shipment or the request to SC Gaterfor SRL, 19th Gheorghe Pop de Basesti str., ZIP code 430155, Baia Mare, Romania or to returns@ma-ra-mi.com.

3. Important notes

1. The merchandise offered under ma-ra-mi.com is presented on the Website in the format of digital photographs. Minor divergences of the photographs from reality may occur, but there won’t be considered a defect of the ordered merchandise.

2. Please note that merchandise presented on the ma-ra-mi.com may no longer be available at the time of the customer’s visit to the website and that the respective prices may have changed. Unless stated otherwise, all prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs (which will be notified to you separately), customs duties and/or other taxes, as the case may be.

4. Conclusion of contract
a. The contract between you and ma-ra-mi.com it’s valid once we send the ordered merchandise to you. By sending the order form provided on our website to us you make a binding offer to enter into the contract. You finalize the order by entering all information during the order process and sending the order form to us by clicking on the “submit order” button.

bMa-ra-mi.com is entitled to reject orders without indicating any reasons, in particular if there is well-founded suspicion that the merchandise purchased via the internet is to be sold to third parties commercially.

5. Saving of Contract
We save your order data. If you wish to receive a print-out of your order, you can print out an “order confirmation”. This order confirmation will appear on your screen once you have completed the process by clicking on “submit order” and once we’ve make sure the payment was successful. Furthermore, you receive the order confirmation with all given data by email which may be printed out as well.

6. Payment Method
You can pay online with credit/debit card (Visa / Mastercard / Maestro), via PayPal or wire transfer.

a. You can pay online with your personal or company credit card with complete safety. Payment Cards issued under VISA (Classic and Electron) and MasterCard (including Maestro, if you have code CVV2 / CVC2) are accepted. Payment is based on a secure online transaction processing that provides privacy, safety and simplicity. Card data processing is done exclusively through the bank service. ma-ra-mi.com neither seek nor store any of your card details.

b. PayPal can be used to send and receive payments through the Internet. Once you sign up for a PayPal account, you can send and receive money online. When you send money, you can choose to fund your payments from your PayPal account balance, a credit card, or your bank account. We will be then notified via an email from PayPal that we have received a payment from you.

7. Delivery and Shipping
a. We ship with EMS Service provided by the Romanian Post or your favourite courier on request for International orders and via FAN COURIER for Romania. 
Ma-ra-mi.com bears the transportation risk. We ship internationally to over 50 countries.

b. The articles might not be available on immediate stock, they are custom made individually, depending on the complexity of the item, it may take up to 14 days. Please consider also the shipping period, where applicable and estimate your shipping date according to this information.

c. Customers in non-EU countries
The delivery period to countries that impose customs duty is normally from 2 to 7 business days. Product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties, but they include VAT. For details regarding arising taxes and duties for your country, please contact us at

d. Shipping Rates

The shipping price will be automatically added to your order and you can see it before you checkout, it's based on the weight of the order and country you live in.

Ma-ra-mi.com commits not to transmit user’s personal data to third parties and to use them only for establishing contact with its customers and informing them about certain aspects related to the functions of the website and its offers.

The company will retain the personal data and will use them with the purpose of informing the users of their account on ma-ra-mi.com, the status and evolution of their orders and also for evaluating the goods and services offered.

9. Return Policy
Ma-ra-mi.com will only accept returns on non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached AND in its original packaging. Upon receipt of any order without tags please notify us immediately if you wish to return the item. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on goods which have been made to order and custom orders.
